Clover

The Clover is our Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system. It’s imperative that all cash and credit sales go through the system. At the start of your position with the company you will be given a PIN to sign into the Clover account. The Clover system in very easy to use and is self explanatory. The Clover must be connected to the internet to complete credit card transactions. Be sure to check that it is connected to the internet by looking at the triangle at the top of the screen. If it is not connected it must be rebooted in order to reconnect to the internet. The reboot process takes approximately 20 minutes, so ensure it’s done prior to a groom.

MoeGoe

MoeGoe is our dispatch system. It tells the groomers  the location of your next groom and allows you to communicate with the clients. It too is a self explanatory system. If you have any issues using MoeGoe reach out to dispatch and they will assist you.
